Remember that popular TV show from the mid-2000s? They always showed such luxurious, breathtaking villas at the waterfront that screamed money. And it’s always the same profile of people living there: Richy Richs!
The villa that reminded me of that show is not in downtown Miami but in the wealthiest area of Florida- Boca Raton.
The mansion was designed by a famous architect, Alex Penna from the Studio Khora. It’s listed for an incredible price of $25,000,000 and still waits for its rightful owner.
What puzzles me is that no one bought it yet, and it’s such a magnificent contemporary mansion. Over 15,000 square feet of property await you, and the best is yet to be discovered.
Stepping inside you get captivated by the spacious concept with lots of windows, glass walls, and brightness. I love how the architect opened every space toward the water to make the room appear brighter, even bigger, and more luxurious.
High ceilings, of course, are there to make the area appear even more grandiose.
Truth be told, I don’t know what I don’t like in this room since everything looks so perfect! From the super modern sofa-armchair combination to the unusual coffee table, dining chairs in the back, spheric light fixtures… This room is such a beauty!

… that is this floating fireplace! Have you ever seen such a thing before?
There are a lot of things you’ve never seen before in this house, and lots of them are in the kitchen.
The kitchen is a gorgeous piece of art with a minimalistic touch. Cabinets have the same beautiful, stone grey tone as the stone wall in the lounge area where the fireplace it. They adapt so well with the European oak hardwood flooring and mirror finishes throughout the room.
What’s so great about this kitchen is that it has not one, but two kitchen islands! Pinch me, I’m in heaven!
It’s a space fit for a professional chef, with so much storage, hidden appliances, and nifty systems. Makes me wanna go train for a professional chef and apply to work here just to be around this beauty.
Right next to the kitchen-island area is the family room.
Although this mansion is a piece of contemporary architecture, it still has that familiar family note, an area where everyone gathers, meals get shared, and memories are created.
Having the luxury of stepping outside your family room and entering the water in just a few steps is priceless.
The ground area has only one bedroom and I can imagine a trendy couple living here since it’s so tasteful…

Surprise, surprise… The downstairs area also has an entertainment center, because why not? I feel like entertainment rooms are a staple in expensive mansions.
Of course, it’s got an ultra-modern pool table, a lounge with a 100-inch projector screen, and it’s close to the bar…

I see this part of the house as a total man cave when the guys come over for a game of pool and a couple of drinks.

I swear this is the prettiest thing I’ve seen this year! The walk-in shower is all in glass and so spacious, unlike any other. You can fit so many people in here if that is the point. Right next to it is a soak-in tub, and it’s all covered in white marble.

The walk-in has a divine marble block island with shelves, and lots of space to showcase every woman’s prized possessions- shoes and bags, of course! And, I love that it has a vanity or make-up table.
You basically take a bath, get ready, go in here, pick your clothes, do your hair and makeup, and you’re ready to leave.

A nice, king bed is in the center of the room with lots of space around it, a sitting area in front of it, and even a TV that pulls out from the side of the windows.
The bedroom appears as if it’s floating in the air since this part of the house is cantilevered.
One night, only, in this house… That’s all I’m asking…
Okay, and a day spent next to this pool!
Imagine taking a splash in this pool and then sipping a cold one, sitting in the bar area, overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Incredible!
The house hides so many amazing things. I’m sure whoever buys it appreciates what he got. Not only it’s super stunning and functional, but the house is also durable and made to live through a hurricane.
