The Kid Inside Me Wants This Tiny Treehouse So Badly

The Kid Inside Me Wants This Tiny Treehouse So Badly

Sharing is caring!

Imagine a place where childhood dreams meet grown-up desires.

Imagine a hidden sanctuary, high up in the trees where it’s hard to distinguish what’s real and what’s not.

Now open your eyes and see how all that can be possible.

The Away Treehouse is real. It’s there. And it isn’t just a treehouse. It’s the ultimate retreat that your inner kid has always dreamed of.

Now that we’re all grown-ups, can we resist the urge to climb up and scare your worries away?

Resisting is impossible. I mean, just look at it!

It’s the picture-perfect treehouse!

I swear, my rich “friends” from the street had one of these babies. My brother and I were so jealous because our treehouse was just a small platform with some blankets thrown over it.

Looking at the Away Treehouse, my heart skips a beat and I know my inner kid is happy because something like this truly exists AND it can serve as a real house for living, not just pretending.

Accessible via bridge or stairs, the Away Treehouse is nestled among trees and ferns, seamlessly blending in and making you feel like you’re the king or the queen of the forest.

Guaranteeing utmost privacy, the Treehouse is everything a couple or a tired single would wish for in terms of R&R.

The entire treehouse is one room, one big open space where you have your queen bed, your living room area, a cute little dining bar, a wood-burning rustic-looking fireplace, and a full kitchen with a view.

I was positively surprised to see how the owners of the treehouse did a terrific job decorating the place, keeping in mind where the house is located, and bringing nature one step closer.

Wood is… everywhere! Inside and outside! And I bet the smell in here is wonderful.

Despite being it a small structure, the treehouse is quite spacious and bright. Thanks to windows on all sides, natural light peeks in and elevates the atmosphere in the room. This is exactly what I have in mind when someone mentions a lovely vacation, far from modern life.

The details in the treehouse are pretty rustic but still incredibly charming. Such an effect was created on purpose.

Take the downstairs bathroom for an example: you have your old-style tub with adorable little brass legs, a simple sink with no fancy, a modern vanity, and wood everywhere!

The Away treehouse is an homage to unspoiled nature. It’s a buzzing idea that a man can get rested by going back to the roots and ditching technologies.

Just imagine how soothing it feels to open the door in the morning, step outside on the deck, and listen to birds chirping while morning dew is around you, making the air crisp and rejuvenating.

This is the kind of treehouse a thirty-something me wants so badly.

This is the kind of vacation my body desperately needs.

Where do I sign up? How can I move into this little fairytale house?
