They always say “Home is where the heart is”. That saying can relate to anything from locations to people. But also, to type of houses!
Not everyone wants a regular house, some would rather opt for huge villas, while some choose cozy cabins.
However, why stop there? Unique ideas are always welcome and in this case one couple decided to go beyond those conventional house standards and turned a whole school bus into a home!
The transformation from a regular bus to a fancy home is just amazing! Come take a look!
Starting The Transformation From Scratch
Well, we all know what the school bus looks like. A big, yellow bus that’s definitely hard to imagine living in.
So take a good look at these “before” pictures because what you see will absolutely blow your mind.
It’s going to be hard to imagine that what’s now a fancy kitchen and a cozy bedroom, once used to be these regular seats!
Can You Recognize This Gorgeous Kitchen Now
Have the “before” photos already started becoming blurry in your memory? If I hadn’t seen them, I would never have guessed this was actually a school bus!
What now stands in front of our eyes is the gorgeous black and white kitchen!
Something I love are the big windows in the cooking area! Considering this is a bus, you can park it anywhere you like! Then, when you start chopping up some vegetables on the white countertop and making some yummy meals, you can appreciate the beautiful outside scenery!
Despite this house being made in a bus, it’s actually quite spacious! Kitchen countertops are placed on both sides of the place, and all of the cooking utensils are hidden away in the black cabinets!
Further down the bus is one of the bedrooms (I say one because there’s also a loft bedroom above the driver’s seat!).
A comfy bed, a flat-screen TV opposite it and a window ready to let some natural light inside as well as allow some lovely views, what else is needed?
Of course, you can always pull down the blinds on the window in case you want more privacy!
Even An Office Area Found Space In This Tiny Home
One thing I definitely didn’t see coming is an office area! I mean, where does this all even fit!
With this black desk, monitor, and black cabinets excellent for storing things or for displaying some decor on top, this little office is more rich than many offices I’ve seen in way bigger houses!
The only things I’d add are some tiny potted plants and a couple of photos of friends and family and the space is excellent!
And over in the bathroom, the elegance continues with the dark tiles, a big shower and the white cabinets.
It kind of reminds me of one of those fancy restaurant bathrooms where you just have to take that mirror selfie before you leave!
Well, who would’ve thought, am I right?
After seeing a school bus this beautifully transformed into an elegant and fancy home, I’ll definitely keep my eye open on what else around us can be transformed into a nice homey place!
You truly never know where your fancy home awaits and where your heart might take you!
