This $25,900,000 Combination Of A Rustic Cabin And A Luxurious Villa Will Blow You Away

Sharing is caring!

We all get to a point of uncertainty when choosing a new place to live, the question comes up going “What kind of a house do I go for?”

Something cozy and vintage? Or something fancy, big and modern? Maybe something in between? Balance is always key, so the in-between option actually sounds pretty good most times!

Have you ever thought between a rustic cabin and a luxurious villa? Well, I have a 2in1 place to show you right now!

This gorgeous cabin, located in Woodland, Utah, US, offers the familiar rustic charm with never ending surprises!

Come take a look and let’s start off with the first of many cool things about it!

Yes, you’re seeing it right!

This lovely cabin has its own helicopter pad!

If you’re one of those people that likes to travel so much that they have their own private jet or a helicopter, there’s no need to worry about where to keep it!

On the way to the inside of the house, we pass by the huge outside area.

These gray chairs, deck chairs and a big dining table are only a small part of the gorgeous outdoors space. There’s tons of balconies within this house with sitting spots allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery!

Enjoy The Stunning Views All Around Of The First Floor

As expected, the first floor welcomes us with a lovely living room. But what you wouldn’t expect is just how gorgeous it is!

The floor-to-ceiling windows of this room allow for some idyllic views! I wouldn’t even check what’s on the flat-screen TV with a pretty view like this!

Throughout the room, a beautiful orange couch is spread out making enough space for you and all your friends to hangout at! And on the opposite side, a cozy fireplace makes sure the room gets that warm feeling both literally and figuratively.

An area which you also see upon entering this lovely cabin villa is a dining area.

Meals in here would be amazing as this area is lit up by natural light from all sides! Not only are there windows on the walls, but the ceiling too!

And the already long dining table can actually spread out and make double the amount of space!

That’s already making me want to throw some nice big feast for all of my friends and family!

Big feasts need big kitchens, which leads us to our next room of the tour.

What’s interesting is that the kitchen is so big that it’s divided in two parts!

The first part welcomes us with a very spacious and light area consisting of grayish cabinets with dolomite stone countertops and an island.

An island comes with tucked in chairs so if you get tired whilst cooking all those meals or if you have someone cheering you on, this is an excellent space to rest at!

The second part of the kitchen also holds an island with all of the needed culinary equipment with an extra dining space!

This built-in dining area is surrounded by windows and wood on all sides truly allowing that rustic feel to come alive!

Before this cabin became the villa it is now, a smaller part of it existed. This older part provides you with even more of the vintage and rustic charm.

I’d love to sit at one of these comfy sofas and read a good book while sipping on some hot cocoa. The book I’d choose would definitely be some atmospheric one when in a place like this! I mean, just look at this wooden chandelier above!

Everything is so lovely and magical around here!

When it’s time for dreamland, the cozy charm continues inside the bedroom.

If you’re a fan of smaller, cozy bedrooms this would be the most perfect place! The wooden wall and ceiling give it that rustic charm, while the big window makes sure it stays well lit and fresh at all times!

But if you’re waiting on the suite room of the house, then why not make this a guest room? I’m sure each guest would love a place like this! I know I definitely would!

The Primary Bedroom Of This Cabin Feels Like A Whole Extra House

Something that’s worth noting is the amount of detail that went to, both, building and decorating this house.

On the way to the second floor rooms the handcrafted eagle welcomes you. Yes, handcrafted! I’m amazed at how well made this is! So just imagine all the other interior details that go with this marvelous place!

Did someone ask for a royal bedroom? Because here it is!

Can we take a moment to appreciate the size of this room? Wow! Each morning after getting up you can do some yoga, a workout, or even dance around! There’s room for any and every activity!

Let me not even get started on the stunning views! These floor-to-ceiling windows actually have a balcony opening too!

I can already picture myself having some hot coffee outside as the chilly air touches my face.

Opposite the comfy bed, the flat-screen TV and the fireplace sitting one under the other, make sure your room is a cozy nest any time of day!

How nice would it be to warm up this place with the fireplace, turn on some funny movies and enjoy the evening before bed time?

Just behind the wall hides this bedroom’s own bathroom!

Grayish cabinets, stunning mirrors and a beautiful shower are amazing, however something I’m absolutely obsessed with are the copper bathtub and the copper sinks!

They’re so unique and so elegant!

That’s not all there is to the beautiful primary bedroom!

Climb up a couple of stairs and you’ll come inside a lovely loft area!

On one side of the loft, a lounge with comfy sitting areas and the spectacular wooden table allow you to welcome your friends to hang out with!

And on the other, a simple office space provides you with all of the peace you need for your working time!

So, if you’re someone who works from home, no need to worry about an office area! Just bring a couple of photos to decorate your desk with and you’re all set!

The Underground Floor Hides Loads Of Surprises

We’ve covered the first and second floor so you might be thinking, “Well, that was a nice house!” But wait some more, we haven’t finished the tour just yet! I did say this is a house with a lot of surprises, right?

That’s why we are going on the lower floor now!

Your local cinema isn’t screening any movies you like? That’s not an issue when you have your own private theater!

With a bar and a fridge behind the comfy seats, just choose a nice beverage, get some yummy snacks and enjoy any movie you want on the big screen!

You can even enjoy the movies from the hot tub right behind it!

A room with a big hot tub and a big screen? And they’re private? This sounds like a dream, but it’s not!

Another surprise when it comes to this floor is a whole new bedroom but this one is a little bit different than all the others.

It’s a bunk bed room

I have an idea! Invite many friends for a sleepover, watch some movies in the private theater, try out the jacuzzi and then when it’s time to sleep, there’s space for everyone!

Even The Guest House Provides The Rustic Luxury

One last surprise is that there is a whole underground passage which leads you to the guest house! Of course, you can also get there on the outside, but the underground passage is very practical!

A guest house has pretty much everything one would need!

Look at this gorgeous living room with a gray L-shaped couch and brown leather sofas! You’d think this is the main place and not the guest one!

In case guests get bored and start looking for some fun things to do, a pool table, a soccer table and a bar are all a part of this place! So, I highly doubt they’d have any time to be bored any longer!

Well, what do you say?

When this is something you get when combining a rustic cabin with a luxurious house, isn’t balance the best thing ever?

I definitely think it is!
