Yup, this lovely house is placed right next to a pond! Does that sound heavenly or what?
Just the thought of a place in that area makes me feel relaxed and as if I’m already on a getaway myself!
And to make things even better, this place is only two hours away from New York, US! You’re close to the city if you really need it, but far enough for complete rest and relaxation!
Surrounded by greenery, this lovely cabin with brown exterior nicely fits in with its cozy feel. Though this is only a slight peak of coziness! Come inside to see it in its full glow!
I’m obsessed with the view from the living room! Glass doors allow for you to appreciate the outside scenery all day long! And, you get tons of natural light thanks to them!
Big, blue couches surround one of the most original things I’ve seen, the wooden chairs which are also tables! They are placed all around the room!
If you’re missing a sitting spot just place the chair where you want it and you’re good! But, if you need a place to leave your coffee on, there’s a bunch of tiny tables to choose from! Isn’t that so cool?
And of course, what’s a cozy cabin without a nice little fireplace? Enjoying the views outside during winter days as the fireplace heats up the room? Heaven!
The cooking and dining areas are also just as big as the living one!
This means that there’s tons of space to make some delicious food! All of the amenities are hidden away in the brown cabinets, so grab them and let’s get to meal planning!
Something I love about this area are the prismatic shelves! They look so unique and add that modern feel to a place! And of course, aside from decor you can put some practical things on there such as salt and pepper shakers!
Once the food is all done and ready, move to the huge, brown dining table and bon appetit!
The bedroom has a very simple and cozy feel to it.
The first thing I’ve noticed is the wooden bedside table. It doesn’t look like a table! It just looks like wood! With the chair tables from the living room, and this one here, I’m definitely seeing a pattern and I’m loving it! It’s so unique!
Above the bed, two shelves allow you to decorate the room to your liking and truly make it your own. While the window right next to them, makes it possible for the sunlight to enter the area and make it feel even more fresh!
Nights in a place like this would be beautiful.
Without all of the city lights, you’d actually be able to see the gorgeous starry sky as well!
