Are you a family with kids searching for a new forever home? A student looking to live somewhere with their roommates? Or maybe a young adult ready to start a life on their own, moving away for the first time? Whatever the case may be, this house is perfect for everyone.
This tiny house is both practical, as it has so much going on in a small place, and beautiful, both on the outside and inside.
The exterior bought me right away with this gorgeous little porch. Lovely wooden furniture surrounding a wooden table seems like the perfect place to spend some nice time outside.
You can invite friends over and have coffee in the afternoon here. Or, you can get your iced matcha latte, grab some sticky notes and markers, and get started on reading and annotating your next read. There’s just so many options that come to mind when seeing a beauty like this.
As you go inside the house, the living area awaits. This beautiful living room is so my style, I wish I could go here right now. It is the perfect amount of modern without going too overboard.
The gray L-shaped couch holds enough space for the entire family to gather and watch some movies on the flat screen TV opposite it. And, if you live alone and are not in the mood for a big gathering, what’s better than some relaxing time and binging your favorite TV show?
The shelf and wall situation in this living area is so much fun. A stone wall in the background with a little wooden part matches the shelf, and the marble square behind the TV adds so much life. On top of that there’s some black and white action going on with the drawer cabinet.
Things like that always add so much life to the room, it’s one of my favorite things about this house.
Another thing that adds life to the room is the wooden shelf which I’ve just mentioned. Simply add some nice decor and your personal items, and just like that, you made a home from a house. I already know which of my favorite books and photos I’d immediately put on display!
The black fireplace brings in the always-needed and loved warm and cozy vibe, while still having a modern look.
The kitchen and dining area go together, really making use of this tiny house well. The brown cabinets with a white countertop hold just enough room for all of the upcoming yummy meals waiting to be made.
An amazing thing about this kitchen is the very big windows on both sides, with one even being a floor-to-ceiling window. This allows so much natural light to get inside, which always brings up the atmosphere and makes the cooking even more fun.
Now here comes my fav thing. Yes, it’s of course another shelf. I just love shelves because you can add so much personal touch to the home with them! On this one, because it’s placed in the cooking and dining area, I would add some recipe books! Isn’t that a good idea?
The beautiful main bedroom gets some extra chic points thanks to these lamps that stand on both bedside tables.
They are really pretty but also very functional. You can use them to spend some time reading before bed, or if you simply don’t like too much dark before you get super sleepy (I get you).
A really cool thing about this bedroom is that it has its own bathroom! If I was sharing this place with my roommates, I would keep my fingers crossed for this bedroom to be mine!
Moving on to the other bedroom, it has very different vibes, but still looks amazing. This bunk bed already looks like a fun time between you and whoever you share your room with. I always wanted a bed like this when I shared the room with my sister.
I know I said that I would keep my fingers crossed for the main bedroom if I moved in with some roomies because of its bathroom, valid. But, this room has a little work or a study corner. So now I’m rethinking my decisions, it’s too hard to choose!
A nice, clean corner makes you ten times more productive, trust me, I’d know. This brown desk with a white drawer, some shelves and a little lamp would be a game changer. Especially with a window being right next to it, when nature is known to be relaxing and inspiring.
The main bathroom looks just as pretty and simple as the one in the bedroom. Its glass shower, tiny window for when it gets too hot after a steamy shower and a white toilet offer everything you need.
An interesting thing about both bathrooms is that the sink and the mirror are not inside but outside. Somewhere in the middle between both of them. This genius placement is what allowed two bathrooms to exist. Tiny houses are really the best for using space the smart way.
This place has the best of both worlds, practicality and beauty. Considering it’s the perfect place for everyone, despite the age group, personality or any other factor, I don’t think you would want to wait too long to decide on this house.
In fact, I’m also thinking about it already, although I still haven’t decided which bedroom I would want more. A private bathroom or a work corner? Guys, what would you choose?
