I can hear the music blasting. The laughter of people. The sound of chattering all around. This only means one thing. This house is ready for a party!
Looking at the exterior of this gorgeous home, the neutral shades of beige and black mix so well with its modern build. And the greenery around the house, such as the lawn and the trees, ties it all together.
As much as we are obsessed with what we see of the exterior, let’s head inside to see what awaits us there, and then get back out for a drink on one of these chairs.
This spacious living room allows for a great number of people to get together and have fun. The brown table in the middle of the room is surrounded by a big white couch and chairs. Perfect for some lounging around before showing off those dance moves!
Most of the time when I see a fireplace in one of the houses I think how it adds some cozy atmosphere. However, this one in particular is not only cozy, but it complements the house with its rocking, flame-style design!
On both sides of the living area are floor-to-ceiling windows and see-through doors. They not only make it easier to make the place feel bigger while having friends over and having fun, but are also very good during the day to get that natural light inside.
Something that will leave you in awe is the beautiful, minimalist kitchen. All of the neutral shades are covered, from the brown cabinets with a white countertop to the cabinets with a black countertop that goes on to be a dining table.
Now all that’s left is to decorate that room with all the colors of the rainbow after bringing in food and drinks for the party. Pizza, anyone?
Now, you may not always be feeling the big party vibe. Maybe you want to invite friends over but still keep it somewhat on a down-low? For occasions like that there is a simple yet beautiful second living area.
The flat screen TV hung up on the wall makes it possible for you to have your own cinema room in the house. Invite a couple of friends, grab enough popcorn and all other snacks that you like, and the movie marathon can begin!
This can also be a good “chill zone” for the introverts if the party gets too loud. I know I would love a place like that!
Finally, we are back outside again! I just can’t get enough of how cool this place is. It’s so amazing to see fire burning along the balcony. Guess you could say it’s really “lit”. Get it? Okay no more puns.
The view from the terrace is absolutely beautiful. You can enjoy the beautiful sounds of water, while overlooking the sea.
And, you can see the entire downstairs area. Also, is anyone else reminded of reality shows when seeing the outside area? With all the seats and a place to hangout? If any TV crew is reading this, hit me up.
Suntanning on one of these comfy sitting areas, with a nice little cocktail, or a mocktail, sounds so good.
The nighttime view of this house is incomparable. It truly manages to leave you blown away.
No matter if you can also envision some amazing parties being thrown here, or you’re already imagining how to turn this place into a beautiful family home, it is safe to say that this house is a hit.
