When it comes to family homes, you know it’s forever. You don’t have to move again in a couple of months, nor do you have to think of another solution. It is something that, most times, last a lifetime.
Hence, when choosing a family house it is important to be very cautious. You’ll really want something that’s gonna be right for you. And this house right here, might just be the one!
The exterior is absolutely gorgeous.
The first thing that catches the eyes of all of us is, of course, the pool. Who doesn’t love a nice house with an aqua oasis? You can go for a swim anytime you want, during the day or night – it doesn’t matter. It’s what dreams are made of really!
And, right next to it is a lawn area, rich with furniture.
Deck chairs are placed next to the pool for some suntanning after a nice swim. A very comfy garden couch and chair are placed on a lawn area as well, perfect to spend some time outside relaxing.
On the other side of the exterior you will see another little chill spot with a couch, a chair and a little table. This place just has so many spots outside meant for lounging around, I’m loving it!
As we circled the exterior of this house, one thing you couldn’t have missed are the floor-to-ceiling windows and see-through doors.
The most important thing for me, when looking for a new place, is for it to have enough natural light, so seeing this amount of floor-to-ceiling openings would instantly buy me.
When you enter the living room, you will see a very big space with three gray couches surrounding a table which comes in three parts as well.
Let me tell you right away, the moment I placed my eyes on this living area, my inner artist woke up. The red entry door and an art piece on the left give this modern house that chic, artsy vibe, and there’s so much you can do to match this home’s aesthetic well.
Some of my ideas would include: a fun, patterned carpet, just big enough to cover the area between the couches. Abundance of plants, of course, as you can never have too many plants! And, lastly, an open shelf, ready to display anything that you like and are interested in.
On the photo below, you can see just how big and open the living area is. Opposite the couches is a flat screen TV, and further down the house sits a dining table. I can already imagine a nice, rectangular carpet under it!
The artwork in this house is next level and you literally see it everywhere you go! For example, the two amazing pieces can be seen in the living room and right next to the dining table.
The paintings are not the only artworks in the house though. The stairs which lead on the second floor of the house are certain to leave you in awe. The stair railing is fully closed off, making the staircase have a very unique look.
Talking about a space well-used, under the staircase there is a tiny little area, and why let it go to waste, am I right? It can be used for storing kids’ toys, or for kits from your hobbies. Maybe even a DVD collection? Tiny nooks are always fun places to explore.
An important thing to mention is that you are guaranteed full privacy with this house. The fence around it makes it so that passers-by cannot see the inside.
You can enjoy the relaxing time outside the house in peace – swimming around, suntanning and getting to all of those creative little endeavors without anyone else looking!
So get your creative hats on and start thinking about moving to this unique artsy home. I’m sure it’s calling your name as much as it’s calling mine! I don’t think any person in the family would want to miss out on a chance to live here.
