This three-story haven is perfect for summer lovers. Which summer lover would say no to a gorgeous view of the sea, am I right?
The exterior has a mixture of light beige and brown colors which matches the sand. But get ready for an even cooler part of the exterior. The roof of this house has different heights so that it mimics the movement of waves! How original is that?
Now that the exterior totally bought us, let’s go inside the house, shall we?
At the lower floor of this house is a lovely kitchen. It holds a combination of white and brown colors, and its design is very unique. You won’t see this often in other houses, but this one has a window that’s L-shaped and is placed between the cabinets and the countertop.
The kitchen also has wooden ceiling beams with lights, adding for that extra texture.
A part of the kitchen is a beautiful big marble island. You can use it for cooking along with the countertop, or even as a dining table as it has high stools that go along with it. I can totally imagine some fresh veggies being chopped here and yummy meals in the making.
Here comes the living area, connected to the kitchen. The couch is L-shaped, just like the window, so we can see some theme happening. The big, white couch surrounds a circular table which is also in white color, and faces a flat screen TV.
Such a big place with so much space immediately calls for a hangout with friends. A movie night here or getting together to watch a sports game would be the absolute best experience.
With another window atop the TV and the opening to a terrace, you get so much sunlight in this house.
If there was any more you’d be able to suntan on that couch!
Inside the bathroom we see not many colors happening, it’s mostly a minimalistic mix of white, marble and light brown.
If you’re a minimalist this is your dream bathroom. And if you like a bit more detail you can always add a tiny shelf, put some colorful towels, makeup, and all the necessities. And, there we go, just like that, you have your ideal bathroom as well.
A big bath is separated from the rest of the bathroom by the glass door, giving you some extra feeling of peacefulness. For an ultra relaxing bath, put on some nice music, add a candle and, of course, a bath-bomb – and the relaxation can begin.
The main bedroom gives me such cool modern vibes. The wall on which the bed rests and one half of the ceiling have wooden blocks, one half is a regular white wall, and then floor-to-ceiling windows! Talk about shapes and colors.
In front of the bed you will see a projector screen, so you can have your own little cinema in the bedroom. Imagine all of your favorite movies on a big, and I mean very big, screen. Sign me up!
At the top floor you have another living room (yes, two living rooms, you heard it well). The view from this one is absolutely insane! With these floor-to-ceiling windows you can see the entire neighborhood, including the beautiful seaside. Watching the sunset from here must be the most special thing ever.
This spacious room is also best reserved for gatherings and hangouts. Or, you can invite a special someone here and watch the sunset together! They’ll fall in love both with you and the house I’m sure. I know I already have my eye on it!
