We’ve all read some fairytales as kids. It’s in fairytales where we see the most magical of things, not just magical creatures but locations as well!
But have you ever seen a fairytale house pop up in real life?
I don’t know if I can believe in the kind of magic where storybook things suddenly appear in real life, but someone has certainly decided to play with it a little when making this fairytale beauty!
With its tiny size, the roof that’s so long it almost touches the floor, and the stream of water right next to it, it’s easy to wonder if it is actually fantastical creatures that live here!
The interior of the house gives off a bit more of a practical and contemporary feel than its exterior while still keeping it warm and cozy!
A flat-screen TV opposite the blue couch? Practical and modern! Perfect for watching some of those fantastical movies and cartoons which inspired the gorgeous look of this tiny cabin!
The fireplace surrounded by the lovely stone? Warm and cozy!
My favorite part about this area, however, is the tiny, brown table accompanied by the two chairs placed right next to the window. It gives the vibe of a comfy little nook and allows some gorgeous views while having dinner.
Instead of separating cozy and modern things, the kitchen kind of blends them all together!
With the patterned carpet and the brown cabinets, you get that warm, classic vibe of the place while the gray countertop gives it that more new and modern look.
The biggest plus? The window right above the sink! Not only does it allow natural light to enter the kitchen and immediately makes cooking more lively but it also makes it available for you to have some pretty views while washing the dishes!
When it comes to the ground floor, the bathroom is the last thing we are visiting.
With the white toilet, a glass shower and a mirror above the sink, this quite simple room provides everything one would need.
Whenever I wash my hair I usually put on some upbeat music and sing along to it, but I think that in this bathroom I’d play some songs from some fairytale or fantasy movies to match the vibe of the house. Doesn’t that sound like a fun idea?
And now, we are off to the loft!
I love cozy spaces and nooks, so visiting lofts is always super exciting!
As expected, another cozy place which would be excellent both for getting your zzz’s in but also for spending some time during the day in here. You could read some comics, draw in your sketchbook, anything really!
What’s surprising is the size of the loft though! Can you believe a whole queen sized bed fits here? So cool!
Well, now when you see some really cool houses in cartoons or comics, you don’t have to think to yourself “Oh man, I wish I could live here, too bad it’s just drawn on” cause somewhere out there, a magical cabin might just be waiting for you!
