Camping by the lake was one of my absolute favorite memories as a kid.

Back then, it was just a fantasy. But today, that dream could actually become a reality. While searching for the perfect lakeside retreat, I stumbled upon the most charming mansion ever. I just have to show you as well – it’s too special not to share.
This Must Be A Dream
Nestled between two lakes in Wisconsin, this timber frame home is the coziest place you will ever see.
As soon as you pull into the driveway, you will understand what I’m talking about. The exterior of the mansion is made out of the finest timber that was later stained a deep brown color. Not only does this give the place that cozy warmth, but it also adds that luxurious finish.
As you climb on the incredible wraparound deck, you will be led to a glass wall that houses the front door. Through that door is the main living area.
When The Night Covers It

The cabin we’re checking out today has lots of great things to offer, but there’s something else that simply amazes me.
I absolutely love the woodwork of the cabin, all the tiny bits, the stone details, and the unity these materials create together with glass walls. And the true beauty really comes through at night.
The Common Area That Brings Compliments
The first thing you notice is either that incredible view of the lake or that stunning ceiling.
As you lower your gaze you will be met by the dining area with its wooden table and comfortable chairs. And let’s not forget that beautiful chandelier.
I’d Be Staring At The Ceilings
Walking past it you will find yourself in the living room. And again, let’s just take a moment for that breathtaking view.
The living room is super cozy. It has an incredibly soft couch, a stylish rug, a flatscreen TV, and of course, a stone fireplace.
I can’t even imagine how good it would be to lounge on the couch while watching your favorite Christmas movie and listening to the crackling of the fire.
A Feast Like No Other
Honestly, when I saw this kitchen, the first thing I thought about was a big family feast. And since this kitchen is absolutely huge, that is completely doable.
Designed in a pearly white color with a big island and tons of cabinetry, this kitchen makes you feel as if you were cooking in a winter wonderland.
My Favorite Part Of The House
All you have to do is get your ingredients, gather your loved ones, and bond over good times and yummy dishes.
The kitchen also has a glass door that opens up to the deck area that houses another dining table as well as a grill. So, if you aren’t a fan of Christmas feasts, the option for a summer grill is also available.
Small Trip, Big Dreams
As you take yourself back into the house and past the kitchen, you will find the first bedroom.
This room has a king-sized bed with an incredible wooden backsplash that gives the room that cozy atmosphere.
But what is really cool about this room is that its massive walk-in closet was actually transformed into a small kids’ room.
This is perfect for that little family who likes to stay together for the entire trip.
The Powder Room
Right next to this bedroom is the bathroom.
With a toilet, full tub, granite vanity with two sinks, and tons of cabinetry for storage, this space will have you looking clean and healthy all day, every day!
The bathroom has another door that leads you to a hallway that contains the door to the laundry, garage, and a way back to the main living area.
The Soft Elegance Of The Master Bedroom
Walking back to the main living area and through the living room, you will find the main bedroom suite.
Designed with a lighter color pallet, this room is a dream factory.
With a king-sized bed that has an incredible light-up backsplash with shelves for some adorable storage, sleeping in here will definitely be a treat.
Probably The Most Luxurious Thing You’ll Ever See
But the coolest part of this bedroom is the sunken cube tub placed by the widows for bath time with a view.
The room also has two walk-in closets and a full-sized bathroom.
That completes the tour of the first floor. However, that’s not all. The lower level offers you something that will have you throwing house parties every single weekend!
Grab Your Drinks Cause It’s Party Time
The entire space is surrounded by picture windows that emit tons of natural light while also providing that incredible view of the lake.
At the entrance is a full-sized pool table that connects to a very luxurious lounge area with a fireplace.
The Bar That Leaves You Breathless
In the middle of the room is a stunning wooden bar! Designed like it belongs in one of those luxurious restaurants, this bar will make every beverage taste expensive.
I mean just imagine having all of your friends coming together while you prepare them some delicious cocktails. You would be the coolest person alive!
Guests Are More Than Welcome
Now, all that fun and partying will sure make your friends tired.
Luckily, this floor has four incredible guest bedrooms and bathrooms that will happily host any tired body, making it feel brand new first thing in the morning.
I mean this home really is the perfect place where you can host all your loved ones at the same time without feeling overcrowded. Who doesn’t want that?!
If this was my home, I would have some serious issues with picking my favorite room.
From lounging around, cooking delicious meals, having fun in the basement, or swimming in the lake, this property will make sure that you never have a boring day ever again!
