Visiting the sea to this day makes me feel as excited as when I was a little kid! I can’t even imagine how cool it must be to live by the sea, a river, or a lake, anything really! It’s all super cool!

Aside from allowing you to have some stunning views, they also welcome a big amount of natural light inside and light up this beautiful living space!
Inviting some friends over for drinks and snacks would be excellent as there is a gorgeous sitting area consisting of a white couch and lovely brown, wooden chairs! And, if you want to turn on some music in the background, a flat-screen TV is right next to you!

If you want a room that’s even more private and a bit smaller and cozier, the second living room provides just that! Privacy and coziness!
Of course, this room is also graced with floor-to-ceiling windows so don’t worry, stunning views don’t leave us no matter which area we are in!

Over in the main bedroom, there are no fancy chandeliers but instead some built-in lights on the ceilings. Something I love about them is that they are placed randomly and give off the vibe of stars in the night sky!
Opposite the big, comfy bed a flat-screen TV is available for some night time movie binging and the brown cabinet under it offers some storage space.
My favorite thing about new houses is decorating them with my own things and personalizing them. With this bedroom, there’s so much room to truly make it your own! Put up some photos on the cabinet, add a big plant in the corner, it’s all up to you!
If you’ve thought the bathroom won’t have any stunning views, well, you were wrong!
In the middle of the room, an oval, white bathtub allows for some relaxing baths made even more relaxing with the scenery in front.
Of course, you can always make it more private and that happens by simply flipping the switch and fogging up the windows! Such a unique way of getting privacy, right?
Now, you may be thinking that this is a whole extra room based on its size but it’s actually a walk-in closet!
With enough space for your winter clothes, summer clothes, jewelry and all other essentials, you do not have to worry about shopping too much! There’s always room to store new things!
A fun detail about this house is that it holds a private home bar!
Considering it’s located on the second floor, it overlooks the lower areas of the house and the city in general!
Even if you don’t like alcohol it would be so fun to come up here! Grab a glass of lemonade instead of wine and enjoy the stunning scenery!
And now, we have already established that this gorgeous property is placed right next to a stream of water. But, does that stop it from having its own pools? Absolutely not! Why not have 4 of them then?
Two of them are placed in front of the main bedroom and the guest one, one of them right in front of the living area and the fourth is placed at the corner of the place, blending with the inlet.
Wouldn’t being here be so much fun? Imagine your main worry being which pool to swim in that day! What a dream!
