After Checking Out This Tiny Home, You’ll Definitely Consider Downsizing

Sharing is caring!

Talking to my friend the other day, I found out that he no longer sees the appeal in his big home.

He said that he doesn’t like the fact that he has to walk all the way to the other side of his house just to get something he needs. He also has issues when having friends over at dinner as he has to be separated in the kitchen cooking while they sit in the living room and have fun.

So, as soon as I heard that he was considering moving to a smaller, more compact home, I had the perfect place in mind!

I also thought of showing it to you guys as well, maybe it will also convince you that tiny is the way to go!

In The Field Of Dreams

This tiny home, named The Halcyon Lux, is a 33-foot-long by 8-foot-wide dream!

Its exterior is incredibly stunning. It is placed in the middle of an amazing field that gives you the peace and quiet you need while also providing you with breathtaking views.

With its two entrances, the main door and the patio entrance, you get the feeling of a bigger space. But since the patio entrance features glass barn doors, let’s go through those ones.

Such A Lovely Living Room

Stepping inside you will find yourself in the living room.

Housing an incredibly soft blue couch, this living room is perfect for lounging around and reading your favorite book. Plus, it can also pull out into a bed – perfect for when you have friends over.

Apart from the glass doors, the entire back wall is turned into a huge window. This makes the room glow with natural light, exactly what you want in a space like this.

The two coffee tables, along with those beautiful pictures on the walls, really add to the comfort and coziness.

I’m In Love With This Kitchen

Connected to the living room is the kitchen.

Honestly, I was really surprised by the size of this kitchen.

Featuring an L-shaped design, one side of this kitchen is used as a dining table that can house up to two people. I absolutely love this feature as you still have everything you need within hand reach!

With a full-sized stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, and plenty of storage, you will definitely find everything you need to cook the most delicious meal ever.

Across from the kitchen, you will find some more storage along with a closet. Plus, this space also has two huge windows! Not only is it fully functional but it is also stunning.

Lofts As The Coziest Places Ever

Climbing up those wooden stairs you will reach the loft that doubles as the bedroom.

The bedroom houses a super soft king-sized bed.

This space also has two windows, perfect for some peaceful star-watching that will take you to dreamland within minutes.

But what I absolutely love about this room is that it has additional space beside the bed where you can hang out. With those adorable shelves happily keeping your things nice and organized, I can see myself doing all of my work here.

Come Up Here, The View Is Great

Do you love the view from up here as much as I do?

The loft overlooks the downstairs with one obstacle between them: the wooden railing that doubles as a way of protection from falling down in the middle of the night, when you tumble around to get a glass of water.

The Hidden Bathroom

Hidden underneath the loft is the bathroom.

This fully functional bathroom is simply breathtaking.

With its hidden toilet, huge walk-in shower, and stunning floating vanity, it’s quite easy to confuse it with those luxurious spa.

And can we please take a moment to appreciate those green-colored reeds used as backsplash to that light-up mirror? Incredible!

Comfort Guaranteed

Even though this house seems a bit too small, trust me, it is not!

It has enough space for two people to live comfortably without a single issue. The home is incredibly functional, giving you all the comforts of a big house in a tiny space. And who doesn’t want that?

I’m pretty positive that my friend is going to love it. What do you think? Are you willing to replace your big home with this one?
