You Don’t Need To Be A Mermaid To Live Underwater Thanks To This $4.7M Floating Villa

Sharing is caring!

Personally, I don’t know a single person who isn’t in love with the ocean.

From spending time on the beach to swimming in its vast waters, the ocean truly is one of the most relaxing places in the whole world.

The last time I was at the beach with my friend, she told me that she would give anything to be a mermaid, to live in the ocean and enjoy all of its mysteries and beauties every day.

Imagine the shock on her face when I told her that she could live in the ocean without being a mermaid. Today, I will share the secret with you too.

A Sea Day That Never Ends

Located in the middle of the ocean, this floating villa is guaranteed to blow your mind.

As you drive up to it, you will first step onto the patio space that not only serves as a perfect diving board into the water but also gives you the most breathtaking view.

There is enough space for you and your loved ones to enjoy some sun or maybe have a little picnic, or both!

Off the patio, there are sliding glass doors designed in an open corner that lead you straight into the living room.

The hardwood flooring gives off the feel of a yacht, adding to the luxury of the home.

The comfortable seating area, along with a glass table and the perfect view will ensure that you and your guests have the most relaxing time ever!

This room also houses the kitchen and the dining room.

The dining room table has an incredibly unique design as it is made from marble, wood, and leather. It will most certainly give all of your dishes that Michelin star taste!

Moving on to the kitchen, it might not be big but it sure does have everything you need. With a fridge, burner top, and oven, cooking your favorite meals will be a breeze.

It also has sliding doors that can make the entire kitchen disappear in a matter of seconds.

The main wall of this room is covered with small openings that emit tons of natural light while still giving you all the privacy you need.

But that’s not all, the glass doors next to the kitchen will take you to a huge walk-in closet where you can comfortably place all of your belongings.

And inside of this closet, there is a door that leads you to one of the bathrooms!

Featuring a floating vanity with a double sink, marble walls, and a shower with a view of the ocean, this space will make you want to stay in it forever!

Come Sleep With The Fishes

Climbing down the stairs, you will find yourself in the best rooms of this house – the bedrooms.

As soon as you walk inside, you will know that this truly is a dream home. One whole wall is replaced with an acrylic panel that allows you to see the tranquility of the ocean.  Not only does it light up the room with natural light, but it also gives you a gateway into underwater life.

The designers also placed a stunning coral along the edge of the panel. This attracts all of the little fish to swim right next to the window, showing off their incredible beauty.

Besides the bed, there is a TV that drops down from the ceiling. But I doubt anybody would want to watch television with a view like that!

The room also has plenty of built-in cabinets throughout the walls giving you plenty of storage. One of the walls also hides the door to a marble bathroom. This one has a similar design to the other one, with a floating vanity and a shower with a mosaic finish.

The second bedroom is pretty much designed the same except it is so much better!

Its acrylic panel is so much bigger, giving you a better view of the coral and the sea life. Its huge couch that stretches across two walls can be transformed into a comfortable bed.

Just imagine having a sleepover here with your friends! It has to be one of the coolest and most relaxing nights ever.

This room also comes with its own bathroom equipped with two sinks and a full-sized shower.

A Home That Just Keeps On Giving

You thought that that was it? Wait until you see the roof!

As you climb up to the second floor, a door will take you to the best lounge you will ever see. From the lounge area to sunbathing chairs, a jacuzzi, and a shower, this space has everything you could ever need to host the coolest party ever!

From taking in the sun and swimming in the ocean to sleeping with the fish, I would have trouble picking which activity to do first.

But I know one thing: not only would you be the coolest person in your friend group, but you would also be the most relaxed!

I really cannot explain how incredible it would be to own a home like this.
