They say that happiness comes from small things. Can the same be said when we’re talking about houses? Spoiler alert: it absolutely can! Sometimes, a tiny, cozy looking place can bring you ten times more happiness than a big, modern house ever could!
In fact, I have the perfect home to show you today that’s just going to be further proof of that.
The white exterior of the house fits perfectly with the surrounding greenery. Its light colors make the place seem so inviting! I would feel at home the moment I step foot in front of it!
Outside of the house, a little porch is excellent for some fresh air in the mornings. Just imagine sitting on those white chairs and drinking hot coffee before work. All that while appreciating the scenery around you.
There’s space for company at the tiny table as well! You and your partner can have some nice morning chit-chat and then prepare for the day ahead!
Fun Times In This Cozy Living Room
You know when I told you how the term “happiness comes from small things” applies to houses as well? What brings bigger joy than hanging out with all your loved ones, right? And this living room is perfect for that!
In the middle of the room, a unique, black table is great to sprawl out some board games! Monopoly, Ludo, there’s so many choices! Game nights always end with some great memories!
If you’re in the mood for something more chill, you can get comfy on this gray L-shaped couch and binge some movies on the flat-screen TV opposite it! Just make sure to take some snacks and drinks with you as well, make the night feel like a cinema evening!
An important part of this room are the shelves, and I love that.
A big shelf with two drawers placed on the right of the TV is excellent for displaying all of your interests! Isn’t that the epitome of happiness! You can add your favorite books, albums or even movies! DVDs may not be very popular right now, but it’s so cool owning something you’re a fan of!
While the shelves above the TV can be used for showing off some tiny art pieces and miscellaneous things which will make your place look even more aesthetic.
Tasty Food Blesses Our Senses
Next one on the “things that brings us joy” list is something that everyone will agree with. I’m talking about food of course!
Nothing can compare to the smell of your favorite meal after a long day, right? Or when you’re out in the cold then get back to someone making some yummy, warm lunch for you. Those things simply make our hearts warm!
In this cooking area it would be a delight to make all of those! Its light brown and white colors make the kitchen seem so soft and warm. A huge plus is the big window that allows for some natural light to come in, making the atmosphere even better!
Marble countertop island, which also serves as a dining table, is excellent for both you and your partner to sit down at these bar stools and try out those tasty dishes you’ve made.
It’s Time For Some Sweet Lullabies
Shall we keep going with our “happiness list”? Something that we can not leave out is a good night’s dream obviously!
This comfy bed will make sure you will get all of the rest you need. Next to the bed, the bedside tables with lovely lamps on them are excellent for spending some time with a book before sleep.
Sunlight always gives us some energy and brings the mood up high, so good thing this bedroom has a nice big window to allow the sunshine inside!
Hello To The Prettiest Bathroom Ever
Finally, we have arrived at what might be my favorite room of the entire house! This stunning bathroom has gorgeous walls with embedded stone and I’m obsessed with it!
That’s the part that made me happy and it definitely went on my “happiness list”! But, if you want something more general, how about a lovely white bath, cute tiny windows and a modern sink? You’re sold as well now, aren’t you?
