The Most Expensive House In Colorado Is Also The Best Place For All The Ski Lovers

Sharing is caring!

My favorite thing to do during winter weekends is to make some hot coffee or hot cocoa and watch skiing. It has always been my favorite sport!

And all my fellow winter lovers will agree that the only thing better than watching skiing is skiing yourself!

Now imagine living inside of a gorgeous house that’s one of the best ski resorts! Yup, this Colorado, US located home is heaven for all of the ski lovers! But it’s not only its surrounding and location that’s amazing, the interior is too!

Come check it out!

Even The Entrance Of This Villa Is Grand

From the entrance itself it’s already obvious just how special this home is!

Since the house is built on a higher level, you have to use an elevator and then pass this little bridge to get to the front door. How unique is that! And very fancy!

The fancy entrance continues inside of the place as this glorious room welcomes us!

The first thing that caught my mind is the beautiful chandelier! I’m absolutely obsessed with it, I want something like that for my own place! But maybe a little smaller, unfortunately my house is not the size of this villa!

If you look closely, you’ll notice that there are balconies all around overlooking the house!

And what awaits us is just magnificent! A lovely piano and a table surrounded by six chairs? This feels like a whole separate room and not an open balcony!

From the entrance of this beautiful home, you can enter one of the office rooms which definitely looks like one of those cool office rooms from the movies!

The big desk, the open shelves across the entire wall, even a big couch! Working here would be heaven, I’m sure your productivity would rise for at least three more times!

Huge Windows Grace All Of The Rooms Of The Main Area

As we finally make our way to the main area, the beautiful living area awaits.

My absolute favorite thing about this room are its huge windows which even reach the ceiling allowing this area to be filled with natural light at all times, as well as to have some beautiful views!

Another fav of mine is the white table in the corner of the room! If you’re having breakfast with one other person or having a board game night, it’s the perfect spot!

But, if you wish to sit at a bigger space, maybe for some nice dinner, just move over to the stunning dining area!

Over here, a big, white dining table, located in the center of the room just waits for some yummy meals to come over! And no matter if it’s day or night, the food will look super tasty under that wonderful chandelier and with the natural light coming from the big window!

Further down is a really cool second office room!

I will tell you my number one favorite thing about it in a second but first can we please take a moment to appreciate the seating spots?

They range from the modern seats which are these rounded chairs to something very old-school which is a wooden, rocking chair! I love the variety!

Now you might be thinking that the built-in fireplace is my favorite thing in the room! You are close, I do love fireplaces cozying up rooms, but you’re still wrong!

My favorite thing is the balcony

Work can get stressful, am I right? So what better way to relieve some stress than going outside, getting some fresh air and resting during your work break on this lovely little terrace with a bunch of seating options!

In the primary bedroom, a comfy bed placed in the middle of the room has the most beautiful views thanks to these big windows, but that’s not all!

Do you see those curtains on the sides? Well, you can pull them over and make this room feel smaller, darker and cozier!

This is a primary bedroom in a big, modern house so you’re probably expecting it to come with some private rooms of its own! But, I don’t think you know just what’s waiting for you!

Have you ever seen a couch in a bathroom? Now you have! And, it’s placed right between the bathtub and the big, glass shower with a seating place inside of it. How amazing does that sound!

Of course, it also has its own walk-in closet which is bigger than some of the stores I’ve seen!

Buying clothes here would never be an issue (now that’s a huge plus!)

This Guest Area Has The Feel Of The Main Area

You may be thinking “Oh, another main living room” but this is actually in a guest part of the house.

Once you see a guest bedroom or a guest floor looking this good, you know the house is truly next level!

On one side, an open space combination of a living room with white couches and a dining room with a big dining table graces the area, while on the other a huge kitchen hides.

I would love to cook here every single day, morning, afternoon and evening! Just look at how simple yet modern it is!

With all of the equipment hidden in the white cabinets and double the amount of countertop space because of the island, this place is made for some yummy food experiments!

I did say this is an A+ ski resort, so naturally you’d need some place where you can leave all of your skiing equipment!

While we’re at it, why not add a leather couch, a flat screen TV and a pool table in the ski room? Yup, even this room is super fancy!

Conveniently, the ski room opens up to the back side of the house in the backyard so you can go skiing right away!

Oh, and another thing that hides over there is a hot tub! The surprises over here truly never stop!

Doesn’t this place make you want to get all of your equipment and teleport right away?

I’m already wishing for winter and some snow to hurry up, I think I just found the most perfect location!
