Think Outside The Box And Experience The Comfiness Of This Double Decker Tiny Home

Sharing is caring!

Let’s say you’re trying to think of general options of places to live at! Which are the ones that come to mind? A container house, a modern apartment in a building, maybe a cabin if you’re looking for something cozy.

But how about thinking outside of the box? You know, once you start thinking out of the box, your entire world can change! Suddenly, the possibilities of everything are so much bigger!

Let me show you an example of a tiny home that you could think of once you direct your thoughts to reach further lengths! That tiny home is a double decker bus!

Yup, this double decker, located in Portland, Oregon, US, is perfectly suitable for someone looking for a nice and tiny home! Don’t believe me? Come take a look at it!

The first area we come up to is the cooking and living area.

It’s quite practical that they’re opposite each other, so when the cooking is going on for too long, you can sit back on the built-in couch and relax while still not leaving your food out of sight!

On both sides of the bus, the windows allow natural light to get in and guarantee you some lovely views which would make even washing the dishes easier! But, of course, you can put the curtains over the windows and make your little space more private.

Despite this being quite a tiny kitchen, there’s definitely enough space on that white countertop to make some delicious meals and experiment with all the different kinds of food!

As we go further, what awaits is a mixture of a dining room and an office space!

The brown, built-in desk accompanied by two chairs can be your work station during the day if you’re a hardworking person that works from home, and a dining area when the dinner time comes!

Opposite them, I’m loving the yellow cushioned chair in the corner, excellent as a little reading space! It would be so nice to sit there at the end of the day, with a drink on the brown, round table, and just get lost in some interesting book!

As this is a double decker bus, the second floor is waiting for us to get there to a cozy, little bedroom!

I’m usually used to seeing smaller spaces when it comes to bedrooms and lofts, so going up on the second floor and seeing all this place is amazing!

The big bed has enough space to get comfy but also has so much room in front of it, so that you can freely move around and use it any way you like! You could try some yoga or exercise in front!

On the opposite side of the bed, the flat-screen TV will make sure you never get bored! A nice little binge of your favorite tv show never gets old, am I right?

But, if you know me, you know what I am once again loving, the windows! Just like downstairs, windows surround this area in its entirety allowing you to appreciate the outdoors scenery from the comfort of your sheets!

Double decker buses can have cozy backyards too! Just look at the bench and chairs surrounding a table in the backyard of this place! They’re even shined upon by some warm string lights! The atmosphere can’t get any better!

Isn’t it amazing what people can think of once they start thinking outside of the box?

This is an amazing place for someone looking for some comfy, tiny and cozy place but if their thoughts aren’t spread out far enough, it forever stays unknown!

Good thing I’m here showing you all of the wonderful options of the housing world today! What are your thoughts on a tiny home like this? Are you a fan as well?
