Any nature lovers out there? What would be your dream house? Probably something surrounded with greenery and a lot of wooden interior, right? But, most of the time those houses are the small ones, very often placed somewhere in the woods. How about changing it up a bit?
There are people who prefer some modern vibe and aesthetic yet that want to enjoy the simple, naturalistic elements. I hear you because I totally understand you! That’s why I’m about to show you this gorgeous house!
Its exterior is already the perfect description of what we’re looking for! Wooden, brown and white walls mixed with loads of greenery around it! We’re on the right track! I’ve also immediately noticed a floor-to-ceiling window, that sounds promising!
Let’s head inside the house and check what awaits behind closed doors!
The Dark Academia Aesthetics
Yes, I can immediately confirm we’re definitely on the right track inside as well without even looking through any other rooms! Just look at this stunning living area!
The L-shaped dark gray couch is the perfect comfy addition to this elegant room.
The colors of this area remind me of the currently super popular “dark academia” aesthetic. To bring that aesthetic to life even more – get comfy on the couch, grab a book (preferably a classic), place some black coffee on the lovely brown table and live out your dark academia fantasy.
Coffee Shades Spilt Everywhere
But, something’s missing. Could it be food? Of course it is, it’s always food! Coffee is great but it’s even better when you can have some cake alongside it, right?
In the cooking area you will find all the amenities that you need in these brown and white cabinets. Only thing we need right now is the recipe! How about making Tiramisu? That’s my favorite cake!
How Many Lamps Is Enough Lamps?
Before desert time however, it’s time for some nice feast in this beautiful dining room. Placed right next to the floor-to-ceiling window and under these gorgeous lamps, the food will simply shine!
If you thought you’ve seen everything good in this house, we’re not even halfway there! With that said, let’s move onto the bedrooms.
The Ultra-Modern Floor Bed
The first of the three has the darkest feel of them all with the brown and dark gray walls. The light is gained through the unique, very low hanging lamps and of course the classic floor-to-ceiling window.
In the corner of the room, comfy chair makes for a perfect reading corner. Just choose some book from the black shelf right next to it and happy reading!
Check Out The Garden Room
The next bedroom, on the other hand, is the lightest one. In fact, it is called the “garden room” because it opens up to a garden!
Very cool and unique thing about this room (aside from its opening to a garden) is the little nook area! Built-in shelves surround a little sitting area and I absolutely love that!
Touch The Smooth Wood
The last room of the bunch is this minimalistic beauty. The color scheme is once again very neutral, brown wood and white. And one more thing, the hanging lamps did not disappoint yet again. This entire house has so many cool low hanging lamps!
In the corner of the room a little office area is perfect for those who are studying or working from home, and the view from the room is absolutely magnificent. It would be extremely hard to leave the bed with a room like this!
Was That Tree Always There?
Now, get ready for something extremely special. A bathroom built around a tree.
You heard me right. This bathroom has a palm tree which actually existed before this room came to exist and it was designed specifically to fit it! I bet you have never heard of a case like that!
A gorgeous white bath is placed right next to the tree and is separated from the rest of the room by the glass door. Bathing in there would feel like bathing in an actual forest, and with the palm tree next to you, that’s not far from the truth! How cool is that!
Pool Worth A Million
Outside of the house you can relax in a nice pool, and suntan in one of many deck chairs laying around. Don’t worry about privacy either, this amount of greenery cannot allow anyone to see what’s inside!
Does that sound like an ideal house or what?
The perfect balance of modern and sophisticated, and the exact perfect mixture of natural browns and greens is rarely found! As soon as I saw the exterior I already knew I had fallen in love with this house, and the interior just further confirmed it to me.
Are you as big of a fan as I am? Do let me know!
