You know those places you rent for a trip and then just don’t want to leave? The ones you completely fall in love with? Some would say it’s “love at first sight” even.
Somehow they are always complete perfection! An excellent balance of modern and classic, and of minimalism and maximalism. And even though you just got there, it feels like home already!

The exterior of the house is an elegant black color, which is always a hit. You can also see a balcony and some very cool things outside of the house, but let’s save that for the end! It could be a cherry on top! First, let’s head inside and see the interior!
Modern Version Of An Old-Style Aesthetic Graces This Room
With a two story house come two living rooms!
The first of the two has this gorgeous classic wooden style done in a modern way!
Just imagine reading some good book while relaxing on this lovely brown couch with beige pillows. Since the feel of this place gives off the mixture of modern and classic style, you could read some retelling of an old story! That would be fun!
If you’re really liking the book you can also get to annotating, I love doing that with some of my favorites. Grab some pens and sticky tabs and enjoy reading! And of course, don’t forget to grab some hot tea and put yummy snacks on the brown table so you can munch as you go!
For those who prefer photos and videos over letters and numbers, sit back and enjoy some movies on the flat screen TV! If you still don’t wanna stray too far from literature, you could watch some tv show adaptation of a book! Comparing the two is always a fun time!
Around the TV are these gorgeous white shelves, excellent for displaying art, putting some potted plants or even lamps!
Downstairs living room is just as comfy! Although it is decorated in more of a minimalist style, it has everything you would need!
A comfy black couch to relax in, a flat screen TV for some binging, a brown table where you can leave all your snacks and a small dining table for the feasts. It’s all ready and waiting! A final huge plus is that it has floor-to-ceiling windows around the entry door, hello sunlight!
Something Smells Extra Delicious In Here
Heading over to the kitchen, and I am once again loving the modern and classic mix but this one’s a little different. Here the gray cabinets and a white countertop give off that beautiful modern minimalist vibe. While this brown, wooden dining table gives a little bit of a classic spark.
This picture itself is making me hungry, and for some reason it’s really making me crave some pizza! Anyone up for making it? Or, we can just order it and use the kitchen to make some nice, refreshing drinks!
My favorite thing about the cooking area is coming right up now though! It’s a little coffee corner!
On top of the gray, little cabinet a coffee machine awaits your barista skills! Choose the mug you like most, your coffee choice of the day, and have fun having your own little cafe!
Cozy Vibes Are Always The Way To Go
Moving over to the bedroom, I am already obsessed with this big, cozy bed. It looks so soft and comfy! And don’t even let me start talking about this big window right next to it, it allows so much natural light to get inside! I love nicely lit rooms!
Around the bed, two cabinets are excellent to leave all your belongings before sleep. And, their brown color perfectly breaks the white theme going on with the walls and the bed frame.
It’s Time For Some Gaming
To spark things up a little, there is a small gaming area in this house!
Gather around a group of friends and choose a game of your liking! Then again, you don’t have to choose. Try them all out! I love gaming time with friends, especially when it gets a little competitive!
The Outside Area Is The Perfect Ending For This Beauty
We’re finally back outside at what I mentioned will be the cherry on top!
Is anyone getting hungry? Here at the balcony a grill in the corner is ready to make some barbecue! Just serve it all at the black dining table and enjoy the tasty food while appreciating the gorgeous scenery around you!
Downstairs outside area is even more of a chill zone!
