The Black Lily Pad Retreat Is In A Harmonious Dance With Nature’s Embrace

Sharing is caring!

Why not feel the fresh air and chirping of birds for a change?

This black lily pad retreat is located in Logan, Ohio, and represents the art of mindful living. Secluded, and surrounded by nature, it’s definitely paradise for the ears after the noise of the city.

It seems so peaceful that I would love to spend a few weekends a year here.

Large space around the house will definitely keep you fit! The grass must be mowed, the trees trimmed, and if you like to garden, even better. There is a lot of space for your hobby.

There is a large deck area at the front of the house covered with a ceiling, which is great ‘cuz when it rains, you don’t have to run indoors. I think it’s even better to sit here under a blanket while it’s raining and listen to the drops falling on the roof.

The deck area is multifunctional. Right there is a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing.
And, If your type of fun means having a pleasant conversation around the fire pit, you can do it too! The place also contains a fun swing bed and a seating area next to the gas grill. Lots of choices for such a small place, am I right?

The indoor space is bathed in soft, natural light. The more light, the better the mood!

This living room is not big, but what more do we need than a comfortable couch. I especially like couches if they are in a bright color, that always give a special touch to the space.

Despite the fact that it is small, this living room has a special charm and due to the carefully selected details it exudes comfort.

This table improvisation fits perfectly in this space. Except for the table, it can always be used to stretch our legs, right?

Next to the bright orange couch are two green chairs with a small wooden table. These colors simply refresh the space. Playing with colors is always an interesting way to beautify a space.

The kitchen is bathed in natural light, which makes it even larger. Sleek, matte-white cabinets, a coffee maker and kitchen appliances, this kitchen has everything you need. But most importantly, there is enough space for cooking. Imagine how it looks like preparing dinner with a view of a winter night.

Today we rarely decide to cook because it takes up our time, and that’s why places like this are perfect.
We have all the time in the world just for ourselves.

What certainly catches the eye is the lighting above the window. Just from looking at metal round lamps painted in gold gives you the feeling of being in a modern home in the middle of nature.

Big beds prioritized over storage are what I personally love about container homes! The bigger the bed, the more storage space we have under the bed.

I like the calming view from the window the most. I would sleep here for days!

Lighting, lighting, lighting. I absolutely love the lighting in this house. It’s the details that give the house a warm touch. A simple round white chandelier, and it adds so much to the decoration.

In this bathroom, every detail is worthy of attention. Look at the lighting and mirror frame. So chic!

Black details in combination with the gold one always add a touch of luxury to the space.

I’ll have to look for how to fold towels perfectly like this. That’s what I’ve always wanted to learn.

Small spaces always remind me of all the things I have in the house. Maybe I could have them in a small house too, I just need to organize them well so that I don’t clutter up the whole space.

Do you think that cleaning and organizing will need to be done more frequently in small houses?
