Have you noticed how we like privacy and peace as we get older?
When I was younger, I couldn’t quite figure out why people run away to nature or to the mountains alone, or just with a couple of friends. I used to think, “They have everything in town, why do they run away?” Now that I’m older, I know the answer to that question.
It’s simple. After running through life, sometimes we need a break. And where better to take a break than in places like this, right?
Looking at this black, two-story home, what did you think at first? Maybe “When can I come here?” or “This home gives me such a good idea, I want something like this!”. Be honest!
Personally, I choose option A!

I’m curious, If you had a green yard like this one, would you prefer to relax in a deck chair and sunbathe, or maybe engage in gardening? Anyway, your time there would pass quickly for sure.
It seems to me that there are more and more houses with large windows today, and I just love it. We can see them here, too! They let a lot of natural light in. Plus, you always have a wonderful view.
I haven’t seen faux fur as a cover in a long time. I have to say, nice detail! Especially on this red couch!
This small fireplace is surely useful when it’s cold outside. Besides that, we all love to hear the crackling of a fire on cold winter nights.
In recent times, smaller kitchens have become more desirable, as we no longer spend as much time in them as our grandmothers did. But the fact that they are small does not mean that they are not useful.
Sometimes, having only the essentials is more useful than having a lot of unnecessary space.
This small island with three white chairs comes in so handy. You can use it for meal preparation, eating, or even for working from home.
Small bathroom with only essentials is everything you need here. But I would add some towel holders in black color and put a smaller mirror with a black frame above the sink, just in case. And, maybe a funny poster right of the mirror, or a few shelves with flowers and bathroom fragrances?
The master bedroom looks so comfy. Windows around the bed, a large picture above the bed and this flower on the floor are definitely the details which every room needs.
Here I would hang black, heavy curtains and maybe a small nightstand with some books on it. Details like that always give a special charm to the room.
Usually, when people want to decorate their garden, they do it by buying some garden furniture, adding some grill or jacuzzi, and planting flowers. The designers went a step further here!
Someone very creative built a garden sofa out of beautifully shaped stone. And it’s stunning! I mean, we don’t see this very often!
I am always impressed by good handwork, especially from natural materials. For me, masters who make these kinds of works are kind of architects. You will agree that not everyone can do this, am I right?
So, if you want peace and privacy you know where to go. There is a lot of space for hanging out with your friends or maybe coming with your children.
All kids love playing in nature. You can come up with some games for them in which you will all participate and thus spend a nice day in nature in the fresh air.
But, remember, you can always spend a quality weekend here alone and enjoy this beautiful serenity.
