I Finally Found The Cabin From Goldilocks And The Tree Bears And It’s Just Right

Sharing is caring!

When I was a kid, my mom used to read me a book about a bear who had a house in the forest and I loved it.

Honestly, I can’t find it anymore and I don’t know who wrote it, but the memory of myself picturing the house and the bear living in it. Little Nora already knew she’s gonna be an interior designer, LOL!

The moment I saw this Montana cabin, those memories about the bear and his house came rushing to me.

I just knew the bear from my story would love to live in such a wonderful little house!

You don’t have to be a bear from my story to rock on that rustic rocking chair on the porch. It’s giving vintage vibes, almost Wild West ones and I love it.

Old folks sure knew well: nothing better than rocking on in the sunset after a hard day of work.

The cabin looks so miniature and sweet, but there’s truly nothing sweet about it. Everything’s raw and rustic, and it doesn’t get better than that! What a true, unspoiled beauty.

Everything looks better when covered in snow!

Although bears sleep in wintertime, my bear did not and he felt lonely in his house. Truth be told, if I had to spend the winter alone in such a small and charming cabin, I’d be thrilled. Guess this mom needs some time off.

The true beauty of the cabin really comes through in wintertime. All that’s missing is the sound of fire crackling coming from the inside.

Speaking of that crackling fire…

Can you feel the warmth even through the picture because I can!

The incredibly rustic fireplace looks like someone stacked bricks and stone one on top of the other. If you noticed earlier, the fireplace continues into the grandiose chimney which can be seen outside. It’s such an incredible piece of work. Whoever built it deserves a medal!

The entire cabin is one big open space with a living room and a small kitchen.

I love how everything looks so natural like it truly belongs in the forest.

I Could Smell The Pot Of Stew Brewing

All that’s this cabin kitchen missing is a pot of hot steer waiting to be eaten.

I know bears don’t eat stew, but they don’t live in a house, so… let me fantasize a bit!

This gorgeous rustic kitchen blends in with wooden log walls so nicely. It would be a crime to use any other style or color here.

What makes the entire cabin so special is the high ceiling that creates the illusion of a larger space. Oh, and those exposed wood beams… Simply marvelous!

When Unexpected Guests Pop By

When unexpected guests pop by, someone like Goldilocks, they could spend the night in this bunk bed.

It’s not too soft, and it’s not too hard. It’s juuust right!

Or, Maybe This Bed Would Be Juuust Right

After all, it’s just the right combination of comfort and surprise—one minute you’re lounging, the next minute you’re napping like a pro.

Plus, with all the options for sleeping, it’s basically the Swiss Army knife of furniture! Who needs three bears when you’ve got this much versatility?

Honestly, if Goldilocks doesn’t like it, we’ll have to start questioning her taste in furniture… or maybe her ability to appreciate a good nap.

Who’s Up For A Hot Bubble Bath?

That beauty peeking through the farmhouse-style door is a soak-in tub. Just you, hot water, bubbles, and snow outside. Perfection!

I was wondering what kind of bathroom would be in this cabin, but this tub pretty much solves all my worries. Nothing suits the cabin better than the bathtub, especially if it’s so detailed like this one.

Do you think a bear would take a shower or prefer a bubble bath? I’m definitely guessing the bath.

I mean, who could say no to such a picture-perfect scenery?
