Downsizing doesn’t have to mean you’re gonna be miserable in your new home. It all depends on the new home.
Lately, I see more and more people downsize because either their house is getting too big or the kids have moved out so they don’t need all that space.
And they pick small, almost tiny homes as their new havens.
Homes like the one I’m about to show you. A small, dainty piece of paradise that was so well planned and executed, you’ll be wondering if it’s a luxurious mansion or a cozy family home.
So Tiny Barbie Dolls Are Asking To Move In
With only 678 sq ft, this tiny house looks like a miniature dollhouse. I can almost hear my daughter’s Barbie dolls asking to move in.
The small abode features the standard room setup with two almost identical bedrooms and a bathroom. Everything’s so perfect and nicely executed, you’ll be wondering if you’re allowed to touch anything.
The crispy white exterior in beadwork contrasts with black fenestration giving out very mindful, very demure vibes you’re gonna love.
Elegant Is The Only Way To Go
I can’t imagine any other style in this tiny home than the elegant one.
Everything’s beige, clean, and looking perfect. Everything’s so elegant and nice, like the rich homes you used to see in magazines.
The living room of this tiny home is definitely magazine-worthy with delicate work on the walls and the round coffee table that borders with industrial style.
Nobody Puts The Dining Area In The Corner
In case you missed it, I was referencing Swayze in Dirty Dancing.
Of course, you can put a dining room in the corner, and it will still stand out. Especially if the table and chairs combination is such a lovely one.
The metal chair legs against the interesting round table give contemporary vibes. However, thanks to the color palette the elegant style continues in this part of the house too, creating a luxurious atmosphere.
Another Kitchen Worthy The Magazine Cover
Seriously, why doesn’t a crew come over here and take this kitchen’s photos for a magazine cover?
I’ve seen a bunch of modern kitchens, and I’ve designed quite a lot of them, but none of them was so elegant and yet so modern. The color palette works its magical ways and the combination of different size cabinets was the best move possible.
If I could, I’d instantly change my kitchen for this one and I’d never regret it. Well, especially not with those tall cabinets where I can put anything I think of and more!
Elegance Loves Black And White Combos
I’d downsize any day if I could have a bathroom like this one!
If I have enough space for a normal walk-in shower, a vanity, and a toilet bowl, I’m okay with downsizing. This is a nice bathroom with all the things you could need.
And, all the things were picked out by someone who really knows what they’re doing. I mean, just look at those gorgeous details in anthracite grey on the wall and the countertop!
Combined with black faucets, shower frames, and a round mirror, this bathroom carries a dose of contemporary combined with minimalistic elegance.
It’s Like Looking In A Mirror
This tiny house features two bedrooms which are almost identical! Actually, they look like mirrored images with just a few minor differences.
Of course, since the space is pretty compact and doesn’t allow much furniture, the bedrooms only have smaller queen beds and relatively standard closets.
They’re designed in a traditionally elegant style with a bit of an edge in the form of the black steel bed frame.
