I am fully aware that everybody has their unique idea of a perfect getaway.
Some people like the hot beaches, others love the cold mountains and some even like to roam around busy cities. And hey, I get it. Every single one of those options can be jam packed with fun.
However, the other day I came across a cabin that made my brain relax the second I saw it. Its just one of those places that would keep you inside for days and still have you happy and entertained.
Let me show you what I’m talking about.
Talk About Unique Design
When you first pull up to the cabin, you will immediately notice that that isn’t just a regular cabin. It’s not made up from brown logs but from black stained timber.
The front wall of the cabin is replaced with huge windows that not only give you a great view of nature, but they also emit tons of natural light onto the living space. In front of this window wall is a little patio area, perfect for all those fresh early mornings.
Last, but not least, the cabin also has a stunning slanted roof that makes the interior look so much better.
A Peek Inside
Talking about the interior, the way this cabin is designed is truly breathtaking.
As you walk through the front door, you will immediately step into the open-concept living area. It has everything you could ever need and so much more.
On one side, there is a comfy gray couch with an adorable coffee table that will happily host you for the entire day. Whether you are just relaxing or having a cozy nap, comfort is guaranteed!
Settle In
Opposite the couch is a cute little gray armchair with a matching leg rest. This is the best option for those of you who like having their own little space while being as snug as ever.
Plus, it is located right by the fireplace!
I mean, just imagine yourself by the warm fire, having a cup of tea or reading your favorite book and watching the snow cower the ground outside. I don’t think it can get any better than that.
Is This Heaven?
Now, for the moment you’ve been waiting for – the library!
This space right here is the reason why this place is called The Bookworm Cabin. A wooden wall with built in shelves that is jam packed with books.
From the classics to the modern novel, this little library has something for everybody. Travel to your favorite fantasy world or catch up with famous writers – no matter what you choose, you will definitely have the time of your life.
Oh, and there is also a table and two chairs that can also double as a dining table. How functional is that?!
Let’s Get To Cooking
Designed in a similar manner, this kitchen has built-in shelves that store all the kitchen necessities.
From the pots and pans, to the plates and cups, everything is displayed and right at your fingertips.
Even though the wooden countertop is on the smaller side, you still have enough space to whip up all of your delicious creations!
Sleep Tight!
Remember when I mentioned that slanted roof, the loft bedroom is where it really comes into play.
With the wooden ceiling that perfectly matches the floor, you get the coziest bedroom ever. The queen-sized bed is as soft as a cloud and the lighting of the room is so stunning that it will put you to sleep immediately.
The bedroom has another book self, allowing you to end your day and start your morning in the best way possible.
Can you really say no to that?
