Living by the water has always been my dream.
There is just something about falling asleep to the sound of waves that I find incredibly soothing. Unfortunately, the prices of beach homes aren’t too affordable and I can never seem to find something on the smaller side.
Most of them are elaborate villas with five rooms and four bathrooms. So, if you share the same wishes as me, I can’t wait to see the look on your face when I show you the incredible solution I found.
A boat house is the absolute perfect home to opt for as it is not only suitable for one person but it will also make your wish come true. Well, actually, this is better because you aren’t next to the water, you are on it!
Okay, let’s start with the exterior.
This boat house comes with an incredible deck area that has the most functional lounge ever. On each side of the deck, you have two comfortable couches that will happily house you and your friends to bask in the summer sun.
Of course, the couches are completely waterproof, so you can have a seat as soon as you finish with your refreshing dip.
There is also a little table with chairs, so if you like to have a midday meal with a view, you are more than welcome to.
Oh, and I almost forgot the coolest part. A full-sized hammock hangs right above the water. This will definitely be the focal point of all of your parties.
As you step inside, on your right, you will find the kitchen.
For some of you, maybe it won’t be much. But trust me, this little kitchen has everything you could ever need to cook all of your favorite meals.
Not only does it feature a fridge, a cooktop, and a sink, but it also has enough storage space for all of your cooking essentials.
Right across the kitchen is a little dining area, perfect for two people. And just look at that huge window right above the kitchen. Talk about a meal with a view.
As you move further into the boat, you will come across the living room.
In the middle of the room is a wooden table with two booths on each side. This space is perfect for hiding from the sun, or the cold, while still continuing to have all the fun.
The space is lit up by light fixtures built into the ceiling, giving you the perfect ambiance every time.
Oh, and if you are wondering where the bedroom is, you are looking at it!
All you have to do is lower the table and pull out those cushions and bam – you have a comfortable bed that will take you to dreamland in a matter of seconds.
The final part of this tiny home is the bathroom.
Located in between the kitchen and the living room, you will immediately notice that the bathroom is on the smaller side.
But don’t let that scare you! You still have everything you need to keep you happy and healthy at all times.

I’m pretty sure that you will agree with me when I tell you that this really is the best of both worlds. You still get to live your best water life without paying too much money for it.
And the best thing is that this boat has a motor, allowing you to travel the world along with all of your belongings.
