Have You Ever Seen A Cabin With Options Of Opening Or Closing One Entire Wall

Sharing is caring!

Cabins are often thought of as places which are very simple and often quite traditional. The first thing most of us think of when we hear the word “cabin” is something rustic and old-school.

And while all that can be true, they can also be super unique and different!

How about a blend of a simple and a unique place? That’s exactly the type of cabin I’ll be showing you today! And trust me, something super unique awaits right from the start, so, let’s not wait any longer!

You Can Open Or Close One Entire Wall

Do you ever find yourself debating on whether you would choose more windows for some more natural light to be let inside, if you were building your home, or less for some privacy?

Or, maybe you start thinking if you should add some curtains so that it’s kind of a half-half decision.

Well, with this cabin you get all of those in one!

As you’ve seen in the first photo at the beginning of this article, one entire wall of this place can be half open and half closed.

But, it can also be fully open with floor-to-ceiling windows letting all of the sunlight brighten up the place. And, it can be fully closed so that you can get all of the privacy you want! Maybe you simply want to make your bedroom very dark before it’s time to get up, understandable!

This extremely unique detail absolutely blew my mind and it made me wonder why more places don’t play around with the walls like this! Not only is it practical, but it looks amazing too!

Those aren’t the only floor-to-ceiling windows in this lovely cabin though, the entry area has some as well

I can only imagine how gorgeous this home looks during sunny weather with the sun hitting every corner of the house! And during rainy days, I bet it feels magical seeing raindrops all around you, it sounds perfect for cozying up!

I did say this cabin is a mixture of unique and simple, so as we have seen some of the unique things, let’s quickly appreciate what balances it out!

The brown cabinets of the kitchen stand right next to the entry doors, so this simple area would reach its next level with the light that would shine upon it through these huge windows!

The dining area can also relate with the dining table accompanied by the light turquoise chairs sitting right next to the cooking room.

And the only thing better than a yummy dinner is a yummy dinner with a magnificent view!

Turn This Loft Into Anything You Wish

On the opposite side is not just the more “chill” area but also a space offering tons of creative freedom!

If you climb up the ladder, you’ll find yourself in an empty loft space which you could decorate any way you want!

How about making a bedroom over there and turning the downstairs bedroom into a living area? Or, maybe turning it into a mini office or a hobby room! The possibilities are endless which I always love when it comes to decorating!

Underneath the loft is a little bedroom space that’s also very empty that you could decorate it any way you want! Of course, you can leave it be a minimalist room with the comfy bed being the only thing in the bedroom. At the end of the day, that is the most important part anyways!

I’m definitely all for those traditional and rustic cabins to continue keeping that old-school vibe, however I say we definitely need more of these places as well!

Places that combine coziness and simplicity and yet are super unique and stunning are some of the best ones ever! Dare I say, they’re the future of housing!
