Dream Tiny Home From My Student Days Came To Reality And It’s Beautiful

Sharing is caring!

When I was a student I was very far from having my own place. It was always some dorm that I would share with my roommates, but I very vividly remember which type of house I imagined living in back then.

So you can’t imagine my surprise when I found a tiny home which looks almost identical to the one I’ve had in my head for so long!

It is so simple yet has everything a person would need in such a tiny space! Come along on a mini tour with me and take a look at what used to be my absolute dream place!

You know that description of “short but sweet”? Well that’s kind of how I see this living area! It’s tiny but super cute!

I can already imagine spending time on this gray, L-shaped couch and relaxing by binging my favorite tv-shows on the flat-screen TV after a long day.

What I loved imagining back in the day, and am in love with to this day, are decorations! I just love when the place you’re in truly screams your name!

So I’m living for the shelf above the TV which can be decorated with tons of miscellaneous things and the unique mirror next to the couch! They add so much life to the room!

While at the time of being a student I wasn’t much of a chef, I still liked imagining having a pretty kitchen! Hey, if I can imagine I own a stunning house of my own I can imagine I cook well, am I right?

The L-shaped countertop with mint cabinets below and white cabinets above seems like the nicest place to get started on some cooking adventures. There’s even utensils and spices hung up under one of the cabinets allowing them to be at the tip of your fingers!

When it’s time for the yummy dinner, the small, brown dining table accompanied by two gray chairs is already ready in between the living and cooking rooms!

The only thing left would be to make that yummy food!

Over in the bedroom, the first thing that anyone would think of is the bed, of course!

And while there is a comfy bed right next to the window (amazing for some pretty views from the comfort of your sheets), what I love the most is the area opposite the bed!

The white desk makes up a mini study or office area, based on where you are in life! Back then, this would be a dream study room for me! With the window right above the desk, the nicest views ever would recharge anyone who’s struggling to continue their work!

For some more inspiration and recharging, I’m sure that the beautiful art pieces all around the walls of the bedroom would also do an amazing job!

However, we can’t forget the outside space! I mean, the house you dream of is not complete without at least a tiny bit of outdoor space! And that’s exactly what I wanted back then!

The lovely porch with a mini table at which you can have your morning coffees and breathe in the fresh air every day! One thing I haven’t imagined but what makes this porch even better is the hanging chair! I’d spend plenty of time over there if I had that!

Well, now that you’ve seen what I liked to imagine owning as a student, don’t you think I’ve always had a pretty good taste?

Would you ever live in a house like this? Or have you imagined something different in your younger days? Do let me know about your taste and if it has changed over the years!
