You Must See This Petite Palace That Looks Just Like A Miniature Dollhouse

Sharing is caring!

My obsession with tiny houses continues.

However, I believe it has evolved because now I’m looking at houses that aren’t just tiny. I’m looking for those special places that have an X factor, something that makes them stand out.

One of those houses came my way and I was just too impressed not to share it with you guys.

The exterior of this loft house is what made me fall in love with the place so much.

If Little Red Riding Hood’s grandma was a real thing, I bet this house would be hers.

No, I’m not saying the place is old-fashioned with grandma vibes. It’s got a classic charm that never fades and something special I can’t quite figure out yet.

See this perfection? All that’s missing is a cup of coffee on the little table by the entrance and a flowering vine climbing up the porch.

Just the photo of this house brings me peace. I can’t imagine how it would feel like if the house was here in real life. Somebody, please build this beauty!

I can’t decide if I love the white brick facade more, the arched windows, or the two seating zones up front and in the back.

Everything’s so pretty and dainty, like a lovely dollhouse. I know my girls would love to have such a little playhouse in their grandparents’ backyard. They used to beg us, but we never went through with the project. If we did, it would definitely look something like this.

The back porch, patio, or deck, call it as you want, is a nice addition when the friends come over. It’s a grill zone with a dining spot. But, I’d add some lounge chairs in here, as well, just to achieve the utmost comfort.

So, the place looks absolutely stunning from the outside. Do you think it’s equally beautiful on the inside too?

Oh, it indeed is!

Bear in mind that the place is small, just 200 sq ft. However, the designer managed to incorporate all the necessary areas in a home.

There’s an L-shaped anthracite grey sofa with pink pillows and details, a dining kitchen bar with high chairs, and a nice, snug kitchen in the back.

I love how all three areas are incorporated so well. They blend without harsh transitions. You can be in the kitchen cooking dinner and you won’t miss out on your favorite show or ignore the conversation.

Throughout the house, you can spot lots of natural elements and colors. There’s a divine hardwood floor, possibly cherry, and the kitchen cabinets are a lovely light shade of oak tree.

To make things a bit more interesting, the siding of the kitchen bar is in white and grey marble, and the upper kitchen cabinets are actually open shelves. Everything looks so simple and tidy.

Of all the details mentioned here, my favorite is the white brick wall behind the TV. It’s an accent wall that gives such a pretty, retro vibe to the house.

Surprisingly, they managed to fit two bedrooms into this tiny house. One of them is on the ground floor, and it’s a charming contrast between the grey bed and the natural wood on the floor, on the wall behind the bed, and as the details.

The second bedroom is up the stairs which lead to the loft.

What I love about these stairs is that they can easily be transformed into storage stairs if you add removable landing covers. Extra space always comes in handy to store things, especially where no one can see them.

The bedroom loft is a spacious one with a bed in the middle and a dresser on the side. If I were designing this space, I’d put a standing mirror in the corner and make some wardrobe space, a heaven for girls!

This ends the tour of the sweet little house of only 200 sq ft with every inch covered in charm.

If my girls’ dolls somehow come alive, I know they’d be moving into such a sweet house like this one!
