You Don’t Need A Villa For A Modern Interior And This Container House Proves That

Sharing is caring!

Lovers of modern homes will often look for bigger houses as they imagine those are the ones that will fit what they’re looking for best.

But, that’s not always the case! Have you ever seen a small house with an open concept interior where everything but the bathroom is placed in one room yet is looking super chic?

Well, I have a container home just like that to show you today!

Are you ready for this tiny, chic heaven? Let’s get going!

First, we have to cover the main part of the house, the bedroom!

I love the fact that there are two small steps around the bed. Beds with surroundings like that always feel so much more glam to me!

Instead of a bedside table, right next is the actual desk making some space for the mini office area. If you work from home you’ll surely be extremely lucky as the commute to your work is, well, two steps away!

One interesting thing is that there’s a white couch at the far end of the bed, sitting opposite the flat-screen TV.

So, if you’re in the mood to feel more awake and like you’ve started your day properly you can use the couch and watch some movies. Or, you can just binge something from the comfort of your own sheets! Either way works!

One of my favorite things about the house is, for sure, the balcony

The floor-to-ceiling glass door allows so much natural light to enter the house which is amazing considering its very dark walls.

And let’s not even get started on the fact that this isn’t just the window that allows light in, but the balcony, which means that you can get outside and enjoy the fresh air whenever.

I’d love sitting in that round, beige chair in the mornings while drinking some hot coffee!

Over in the kitchen, the dark vibe of the primary area continues with the dark blue cabinets and black wall, so it’s amazing that there are glass doors on the side of the house next to the kitchen as well!

There is one wall, though, which breaks the dark vibe aesthetic going on and it is the one in the dining room.

The light wall also holds two stunning art pieces, adding even more of that modern chic to the place.

That’s not the only light in this area! The dining table is accompanied by a big lamp, perfectly making the space brighter for all of the yummy food to be seen well!

Last but certainly not least is the bathroom, and if you thought it’s going to be any less modern, you were wrong!

The brown walls, the glass shower, the black sink, every piece of furniture uses the dark and chic palette, however the light does come inside thanks to the window in the shower

I love how big this house feels despite actually having quite a small size! The space is just used so well that it creates the illusion of a much bigger room!

If you were one of those people that always thought of big places when modern homes were mentioned, have I changed your mind with this fabulous house just now?
