This summer feels like it’s the hottest one yet.
And as much as I love those sunny days when I can drink cold drinks, eat ice cream, and have a fun barbecue with my loved ones, staying cool isn’t that easy.
I mean, sure, you can turn on the AC, but that doesn’t really do the job. However, the second I see a swimming pool, I immediately feel refreshed.

If you asked me to describe this home in four words, those words would be concrete, glass, nature, and water.
And I’m sure you will completely agree with me as soon as we go through today’s home.
When you first walk up to the house, you might think that you are seeing an unfinished building – but that is not the case. This home is indeed complete but it’s just a little bit different from the rest.
Its facade is completely made out of concrete, giving off that brutalist aesthetic.
Bushes That Don’t Like Being Boxed Inside
But a feature that is added, and that I absolutely love, is that incredible fence with the bushes poking out through.
And don’t even get me started on that beautiful tree taking centre stage.
Showcase Material Kitchen
Let’s start our tour of the interior with the kitchen. It also features quite a minimalistic design and, honestly, it looks as if it belongs in some kind of a futuristic movie.
Its design features white cabinets that perfectly blend in with the stainless-steel details. This makes the space look cool and clean all day, every day. I can’t think of a better feature for a kitchen!
I adore the huge island in the middle of the room – the ideal place for your friends to gather around, keeping you company while you cook delicious meals.
A Dining Table That Could Host A Village
Of course, you also have the dining room.
If you are that friend who loves to show off their cooking creations, then this will be absolutely perfect for you.
Featuring a huge table that stretches across the entire room, this room is guaranteed to fit every single one of your guests.
You no longer have to bring in chairs or separate your friends into different rooms – there is a place for everyone!
The Picnic Spot!
Another incredible feature of this home that is completely breathtaking is the stairway.
Combining construction with nature, this space will make you want to climb up and down the spiral staircase every five minutes.
And can we just take a moment for that little peek of the garage? Incredible!
From the lighting, the lively greenery, and the unique staircase, I would definitely get a blanket, some snacks and have a little picnic there. And can you blame me?
Wait, This Is Bedroom?
Climbing up the stairs you will find the main bedroom and bathroom.
First, the bedroom.
At the end of the day, I think we can all agree that the only thing you need in a bedroom is a really good, comfortable bed. Not only will it benefit your health but it will also give you the best dreams every single night.
However, this room gives you something else too – a huge window.
Whether you like to stargaze at night or greet the sun in the morning, this window wall will provide you with both. Just be careful not to stay in bed for too long and miss the entire day!
Bathroom As A Fashionable Choice
Going hand in hand with the bedroom is the bathroom.
It continues the minimalistic and elegant design of the entire home. With its white color palette and sharp edges, it kind of makes you feel like it was made by one of those high-end fashion designers.
Keeping clean in this bathroom will be the most effortless thing you will ever do!
Now, I definitely saved the best for last.
Save The Best For Last
Ladies and gentlemen, I introduced you to the backyard.
Honestly, I don’t know where to start.
The grassy area is perfect for a little at-home picnic while the lounge area is ideal for a fun party!
And did I mention that there are two pools?! That’s right, one on the bottom and the other one on top!
The floor of the top one is actually made of glass which allows a ton of natural light to flow down to the lounge area while also giving you the coolest feature ever.
Two large tables and the most comfortable bed are a pleasure to hang out in, all you have to do is call your friends, grab your swimsuit, and enjoy!
Compliments That Keep On Coming
I don’t know about you but this is definitely one of the coolest homes I have ever seen.
From its unique design that combines nature and construction, this place is guaranteed to give you never-ending compliments.
The only “problem” you’ll face in this home is deciding which pool to dive into first! And let’s be honest, if that’s your biggest dilemma, life’s looking pretty sweet!
