Modern House Next To The River Or A Heaven On Earth, It’s The Same Thing

Modern House Next To The River Or A Heaven On Earth, It’s The Same Thing

Sharing is caring!

There’s not many people who’d say “no” to a modern house. They always have even more than what you wish for!

But, what happens when you put a modern home next to some water? Such as a river? “

Not many people who’d say no” turns into “No one would say no”!

An example of such house is this beauty! The entire light beige exterior is covered in greenery and with its open space concept, it blends perfectly with the surroundings!

Looking at it from the outside, you can already see a little bit of the interior! Which is great because that means that gorgeous views and natural light are guaranteed as well! Although it’s going to be very hard to even get inside of this house considering the wonderful outside part!

Come take a closer look at it with me!

This Outside Area Will Make You Never Want To Leave It

Guys, not only is this house situated next to a river but it has a pool as well! There’s streams of water everywhere, I’m loving it!

I’d totally invite a big group of friends here so we can swim around and have fun. And after swimming, a big furnished couch and furnished chairs would be an excellent place to get some rest! They surround a lovely, brown table so we could place some drinks and snacks too!

However, why stop only on the snacks? Right next to the pool and the chill sitting area, is a big dining table with an outside kitchen

That friendly gathering around the pool can turn into an entire day event! We could grill some meat, or maybe make pizza! Honestly even the meals we don’t like would seem delicious when tried at a cool place like this, right?

After Finally Giving The Interior A Chance, You’re Bound To Fall In Love With It

The living room isn’t any less gorgeous and it feels like an extension of the outside part.

If it gets cold on that friend gathering I said I’d organize right away, this is an excellent place to hide in for a bit! There’s tons of space on the comfy, white couch and the chairs surrounding it for everyone to relax! Perfect for some chit-chatting and catching up with the latest gossip!

And if anyone is in the mood to cook some more, there’s an inside kitchen as well of course!

Wouldn’t pancakes be an amazing idea? It’s something everyone likes and they would sweeten things up! All of the amenities for cooking hide away in the brown cabinets and are ready for use!

Now, after cooking you’d have two options!

You can serve them on the marble island, along with chocolate syrup, fruit, anything you’d like and have everyone make a pancake to their liking. Kind of like a “to-go pancake”. Or, you can serve it all on the brown dining table and have everyone eat together.

These Cozy Bedrooms Come With Lovely Office Areas

A place like this has more than one bedroom, as expected, and neither one disappoints!

The first one has a bit of a coastal vibe, don’t you think? White bed with light bed sheets, a modern art piece with mainly blue color, and a brown bedside table just give me that feel! Which makes sense considering this is a house surrounded by many streams of water!

Right outside of the room is a gorgeous office area! A built-in table with drawers on both sides is placed right next to the window! That’s the best place for an office area. You’d have the prettiest views while working!

The next bedroom is a stunner as well, and it might even be my favorite room in the entire house! And that says a lot considering how beautiful this place is!

The thing I really like about it is that it has a little bit of a cozy feeling! Its office area is a part of the room and is a lot smaller, but it seems so comfy! The desk is once again right next to the window so you wouldn’t be losing a stunning view if you were to choose this bedroom!

What you’d be getting though is an extra seating area next to the window as well! Nooks are always welcome, am I right?

Even the bathroom of this house is a beauty! Just take a look at these windows, one is on the ceiling and the other is an almost floor-to-ceiling window! That’s loads of natural light right there!

And, remember that friends gathering idea? Let’s say that at the end of the day you and your friends decide to go out. A huge mirror above two sinks is sure to fasten up the getting ready process by at least two times! Maybe even three! And the mirror selfies would look great in here by the way!

Come Downstairs And Meet The Most Fun Part Of The House

I kept some very fun details of this house for the end, kind of like a cherry on top!

We already covered the fact that there is a pool, but get ready for the downstairs area in which you can actually see the pool!

This is a nice little “chill zone” with loads of sitting options and, it kind of feels like an aquarium, right?

That’s not all, though!

This “chill zone” also has a wine room! I bet you didn’t see that coming!

The room is separated from the rest of the area with a glass window and can hold hundreds of bottles of wine! There’s even a ladder so you can carefully pick any wine you want, any time you want! All you wine enthusiasts, I’m sure you’re loving this part!

And for the end of the “chill zone”, take a look at the pool table! Yes, the downstairs area has a wine room, a pool table and an “aquarium”. Isn’t that so cool!

This house sounds amazing, doesn’t it? Not only does it have everything you’d want inside, but the surroundings are just stunning as well! I mean, a pool and a river? Wow!

So, is anyone up for a round of pool? Maybe in a lovely house next to the river?
